By using SoundTap ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Software is provided by Aessencelab ("we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

License Grant

Usage Restrictions

• • Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Software
• • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Software
• • Use the Software to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• • Use automated tools or scripts to interact with the Software (unless explicitly authorized by us)

Payment and License Models

• • The Software offers a free trial period; a license purchase is required to continue use after the trial ends
• • We provide both subscription and lifetime license options, as shown on the checkout page
• • Subscription plans are billed on a recurring cycle and renew automatically unless canceled before renewal
• • Lifetime plans are one-time purchases and grant long-term usage rights for the licensed edition
• • Pricing may be charged in CNY, USD, or other local currencies depending on checkout
• • Payments are processed by third-party processors; we do not store your payment information
• • Refund policy: Full refunds are available within 30 days of purchase

Software Updates

We may release updates, upgrades, or new versions of the Software from time to time. These updates may include bug fixes, new features, or performance improvements. You agree to accept these updates as part of using the Software.

Termination

• • You may terminate this agreement at any time by ceasing to use the Software and deleting all copies
• • We reserve the right to terminate your license immediately if you violate these terms
• • Upon termination, you must cease using the Software and delete all copies
• • Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be announced through in-app notices or email. Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
